FarmGrid Account Deletion Request

This page explains how FarmGrid users can request account deletion and how associated personal data is handled after the request is completed.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@farmgrid.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your registered phone number or email address used on FarmGrid.
  3. We may request identity verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
  4. Once verified, we process deletion and send you a confirmation email.

You can also delete your account from within the app settings if that option is available in your app version.

Data We Delete

  • Account profile details and contact information
  • Service-provider profile and listing content
  • Uploaded files and user-generated profile content
  • Most support and communication data tied to your account

Data We May Retain

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

  • Transaction and payment records
  • Security logs and fraud-monitoring records
  • Records required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

Retention Periods

  • Account deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days of identity verification.
  • Backup systems may take up to 90 days to fully cycle out deleted data.
  • Legally required records may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable law.
