Once a payment is completed, FarmGrid does not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Dissatisfaction with features or business outcomes
  • Failure to complete optional profile setup or submissions
  • Personal circumstances preventing platform use
  • Technical issues related to your device, network, or third-party tools

Refunds will only be issued if and to the extent required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If such laws grant you statutory rights that cannot be excluded, our policy does not limit those rights.

App Store Purchases

If you made a purchase through a third-party payment platform or app marketplace, refund requests must follow that provider's policies. FarmGrid does not control refund processing for third-party transactions.
